Family Medicine Physician Joins Providence Medical Group

Tetyana Falkenberry, MD, FAAFP, has joined James Hassell, MD, FAAFP, in family practice at Providence Medical Group – Cottage Hill located at 5621 Cottage Hill Road Mobile 36609.

Dr. Falkenberry’s interests include preventive medicine, children and adult health issues. She is accepting new patients. Appointments can be made by calling 251-666-2439.

Dr. Falkenberry comes to Providence Medical Group – Cottage Hill from the Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System – VA Outpatient Clinic in Monroeville, Ala. Previously, she worked at the Monroeville Medical Clinic and at the Lexington Medical Clinic in Kentucky. Prior to relocating to the United States, Dr. Falkenberry practiced general pediatrics in Ukraine.

Dr. Falkenberry graduated with honors from Zaporizhia State Medical University in Ukraine where she earned a Pediatrics medical degree and a Master of Medicine degree. She then completed a family medicine residency through the University of Kentucky – Morehead Rural Training Track program. She is board certified in family medicine, a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and a member of several professional organizations.
