Silver Sneakers I® Muscular Strength and Range of Movement

About this event:
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. Class combines fun with fitness while moving to music. Variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion and activity for daily living skills are performed. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing and a ball are offered for resistance and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
