About this event:
Monday–Friday, 10:00 – 10:45 a.m. Mondays and Wednesdays, 11:00 – 11:45a.m. For those with arthritis or chronic pain. Class works on increasing endurance. Some equipment such as noodles, kickboards and weights may be used. A diagnosis of arthritis is not required.
