August 20, 2012 Mobile, Alabama—Clark P. Christianson, system president and CEO of Providence Health Ministry, announced the following management appointments:

Jamey Greer has been named Director of Safety, Security and Switchboard. Previously serving as
Director of Volunteer Services, Greer holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Alabama
and is completing a Master’s degree at the University of Southern Mississippi.

Susan Richardson has been named Interim Controller. A Certified Public Accountant, Richardson holds
a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University and a Master of Business Administration
degree from the University of Miami. Richardson brings more than thirty-five years of health finance
experience to Providence and has worked as an independent consultant since 1999.

Mary Ann Townson has been named Director of Mission Integration. During her 24 years at Providence,
Townson has served the ministry in several roles—cardiovascular nurse, nurse educator and
organizational development specialist. In her new role, she will be directing the Volunteer Services and
Pastoral Care departments, and will coordinate ongoing workplace spirituality programs.

Nichole Woodcock has been named manager for the Congestive Heart Failure Clinic and Fit for Life
Adult Wellness Program. She previously functioned as the Fit for Life Coordinator for the
Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Program. A Certified Clinical Exercise Specialist, Brooks holds a
Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of South Alabama.
