Fibromyalgia Aquatic Class
Monday & Friday, 4:00 - 5:00 p.m.—Class designed to increase
range of motion and help manage pain for those with fibromyalgia. A physician’s diagnosis for fibromyalgia is required.
Monday 5:30 - 6:15 p.m.
Higher intensity class targets cardiovascular training and muscle strengthening. Equipment such as noodles, kickboards and weights may be used.

Closed class designed for cardiac rehab patients.

Monday & Wednesday, 8:00 a.m.; Tuesday & Thursday, 5:15 p.m., Yoga Neidra Friday 8:00 a.m. Class allows you to explore basic principles of Yoga with simple postures (standing, seated and lying on mat) and breathing mechanics that do not require excessive flexibility and strength.

Class designed to help participants improve balance and coordination to decrease risk of falling, maintain independence and walk more confidently.

Low Impact Aerobics

designed to get your heart rate into your training zone. All fi tness levels are welcome. Class is optional for those attending 9:00 a.m. Stretch & Tone class.

Silver Sneakers II Cardio Circuit
Class combines fun with fitness to increase cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance with a standing circuit workout offering a chair for support if needed. Hand held weights, elastic tubing and balls are used for upper body strengthening.
Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 10:00 - 11:00 a.m.
Silver Sneakers I Classic
Class combines fun with fitness while moving to music. Variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion and activity for daily living skills are performed. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing and a ball are offered for resistance and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
Tuesday & Thursday, 4:15 - 5:15 p.m.
Low Impact Aerobics
Tuesday & Thursday, 4:15 - 5:15 p.m. Class consists of a warm-up,cardio work, strength training for the upper body and fi nal stretching portion. Adaptable to anyone’s fitness level.
Monday, 5:15 - 6:00 p.m.
High intensity class consisting of cardiovascular and resistance training including intervals, circuits, weights, plyometrics and core work. Both high and low impact versions of all exercises will be demonstrated.

Stretch & Tone
Tuesday & Thursday, 9:00 - 9:45 a.m.; Monday, Wednesday & Friday 12:00 noon - 12:45 p.m. Class designed to strengthen upper and lower body as well as the core. Weights, bands and balls are used to build strength and endurance. Class finishes with relaxation and stretching. All fitness levels are welcome.

Comprehensive Diabetes Class
Comprehensive Diabetes Class: A one-day class on diabetes and how to control blood sugar. Offered every Tuesday or Thursday, 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Pre-registration is required. Call 251- 633-1987 for information and to register

Monday–Friday, 10:00 - 10:45 a.m. and Monday & Wednesday, 11:00 - 11:45 a.m. For those with arthritis or chronic pain. Class works on increasing endurance.
Some equipment such as noodles, kickboards and weights may be used. A diagnosis of arthritis is not required.
